The ring is named Cassandra after Cassandra of Troy, for it's strong, mystical and futuristic vibe. Cassandra of Troy is most known from the myth of Helen of Troy and the Trojan War. She was a princess of Troy, and a priestess dedicated to Apollo, but after she declined his romantic advances, she was fated by him to utter true prophecies but to never be believed. She prophesised the Trojan War, and could have prevented the fall of Troy, but was never believed.
She is a woman who, like many in mythology, the world was cruel to her, and she is often forgotten and not spoken of enough in this story, which is why I decided to name this ring for her.
